Our TransPortal distributed web application allows us to manage client accounts. We can easily add new client account into system, can view client details, can edit client details, and can remove a client from the system.
The TransPortal application captures number of characters in a document with and without spaces, number of characters in header and footer of a document with and without spaces, number of characters with and without spaces of template text, and number of errors etc for reporting purposes.
TransPortal helps in managing the distribution and management of work and allows the administrators real time status of each work and over all status of workload.
A dictator in our system is a doctor or an assistant to a doctor who dictates the day’s procedure in single or several files, and uploads for transcription. TransPortal allows the Super User to manage dictator accounts.
Our application provide reports to transcriptionist on their performance on the basis of line count, errors, and TAT missed etc. The report can be generated for given client, time period, accuracy range, dictator, etc.
Administrators can add new jobs into system, can assign/reassign jobs to transcriptionists, and can download as well as upload into the system files like audios, templates, transcribed files, and schedules, etc.
Templates are used by the system to speed the transcribing process by providing predefined layouts for different types of medical reports being processed. Examples are Office Notes, Letter, Consult, Stress, Echo etc. The System allows the super user to upload updated/add and assign template to dictator accounts.
Administrators and management can get insight of performance of the organization or individual on various parameters. The parameters can be dates, centers, clients, dictators, transcriptionist, TAT, and accuracy range, etc.
Transcriptionist interface of the application allows the user to view assigned audio files in their queue. Transcriptionist can download single/multiple audio files and related templates. Transcriptionist can upload single/multiple transcribed documents against an audio file.
