Ritu joined SoberScribe India in 2017. Ritu has 19+ years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, recruiting, compliance reporting, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration. She has worked with organizations of repute, i.e., Bajaj Allianz, Jaypee Group, etc.
Ritu earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma, HR Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
Peeyush has 22 years of experience in Academics and BFSI as Trainer, Mentor. He has elaborative experience in Branch Banking, NRI Banking, and Third Party product in banking domain. He imparts training in Retail Banking as well as Technical training in banking software, Finacle at various Banking Institutions and universities.
Peeyush Mittal’s educational qualification include Bachelor degree in commerce (B.Com), MBA, M. Phil (Management). He is a certified Bank Trainer (IIBF-NIBM) and Management Consultant (CDC-India).
